The building is very well located and has excellent amenities. Units have high-quality appliances, and they've optimized the available space. The management team were incredibly helpful during the leasing process. Much recommended!

What I love most about living at Reed Row....the professional and friendly concierge and leasing office team, my gym is in the building, I can grill on the rooftop with a view of DC's skyline, and the modern décor of the building's common spaces. Not to mention my beautiful apartment with hardwood floors, floor to ceiling windows, stainless steel smart appliances, abundant storage space, large walk-in closet, and the sleek design of the bathroom. AND I'm in the heart of Adams Morgan!

Best apartment I've ever rented. All of the fixtures are beautiful, maintenance is timely and helpful. The front desk and leasing staff are responsive and friendly. All common areas are clean. There is a business lounge where you can work remotely, a courtyard with landscaping, a gorgeous rooftop with some of the best views and a gym all on site. The building is dog-friendly which makes it feel like a community.

Reed row has a great staff, location & the facilities are top notch. The rooftop has unbelievable views, and is completely furnished. They also have a courtyard area, gym & business center. The location is desirable, noise is minimal and you can walk to many bars & restaurants. Great place to live!

I love my modern apartment, rooftop, and parking. Neighbors are all very nice and the management team organizes regular events so we can meet people in the building. Also, the team at Reed Row is pretty fantastic. Very helpful, kind, and friendly. Perfect location as well.
