What I love most about living at Reed Row....the professional and friendly concierge and leasing office team, my gym is in the building, I can grill on the rooftop with a view of DC's skyline, and the modern décor of the building's common spaces. Not to mention my beautiful apartment with hardwood floors, floor to ceiling windows, stainless steel smart appliances, abundant storage space, large walk-in closet, and the sleek design of the bathroom. Best apartment I've ever rented. All of the fixtures are beautiful, maintenance is timely and helpful. The front desk and leasing staff are responsive and friendly. All common areas are clean. There is a business lounge where you can work remotely, a courtyard with landscaping, a gorgeous rooftop with some of the best views and a gym all on site. The building is dog-friendly which makes it feel like a community.
